Review Websites For Businesses
If you have an online business whether its providing a service, generating leads or selling products there will come a point where you will need to think about the idea of allowing your customers to leave reviews. What if you don’t have a website, do you still need to weigh up the idea of allowing customers to place feedback? The simple answer is yes.
If you fall into the category of someone who wants to provide a service in the future, or if you’re someone who already provides a service that isn’t online, outdoor physical training, for example then you really need to consider having a facility where customers can review your service.
Why Bother With Reviews For My Business?
Simple, businesses survive, thrive or die off depending on reviews. Think of it this way, when you want to purchase something like a bicycle, air humidifier, etc. then the first thing you look for is price, then you look for reviews. Reviews are important because you want to know whether the item (or service) for that matter is actually any good. Let’s face it, if there were no reviews you’d have no idea whether the product or service is any good.
What review options are there for my business?
Good question, we’ve looked into this question and we’ve found some interesting things along the way that you’ll need to be aware of! But that’s coming up shortly. In the meantime, if you’re still not sure – let me say this, you absolutely DO need a way to list reviews for your business (whether it’s online of offline) – because without reviews, there’s not consumer confidence, trust or sales!
Okay so we’ve got that established – so what review options are there? Well let’s just say this, the popular names charge the big bucks! We’ve seen prices from £80+VAT per month, and that’s not even the ‘top rated package’. We’ve also seen other sites providing a review service, but they won’t give out the price up front and, they want to lock you into an annual contract.
When we’ve researched this, we found that even the lowest price (£80 + VAT per month) is actually quite limited in terms of features. For example, with that provider can only invite say less than 150 customers to leave your business a review (per month). Now 150 might sound a lot, but if you’re selling 200 items per day to 200 customers, that 150 won’t go far!
So what can I do?
Well there is some good news, here at Right Review we think the prices our rivals charge along with contracts and limits isn’t great. So we’ve creating a new review platform that’s packed with features, it’s completely contract free, does more than our rivals and costs a lot less too. The best thing is, it’s super easy to administer – I mean like, really easy!
So take a free seven day trial (fully working with no limits) and if you love it, you can get 50% off your first month!
